Dr Libby Harrison is General Manager Health and Environment at the Institute of Environmental Science and Research (ESR). Libby held a number of consulting and management roles, including serving as a General Manager at both Landcare Research and the Environmental Protection Authority prior to joining ESR. Originally from the UK, she earned her PhD in insect pest control from University College, London University.
